Player stories

Student spotlights coming soon

The first player spotlights will appear here this season, with first names and graduating class only, and only with a parent’s written consent. We will never post made-up reviews or results.

What we measure

Five ways progress shows up

  1. 01

    Baseline evaluation

Every new player starts with a swing, short-game and scoring test. That baseline is what every later number is compared against.

  2. 02

    Scoring & short game

Wedge distance control, chipping, pitching, bunker play and putting, tracked with repeatable tests.

  3. 03

    Course management

Target selection, risk decisions and miss management, reviewed in on-course playing lessons.

  4. 04

    Practice priorities

Specific objectives and drills between sessions, so practice time goes to what moves scores.

  5. 05

    Post-round evaluation

After competition, players review what happened and set the next performance goals.

About results

Can you guarantee my player makes varsity?

No, and no honest coach can. High school coaches make roster decisions. What we do is prepare players to compete for a spot: sound fundamentals, a sharper short game, smarter course management and the confidence to play well when it counts.

How do I get started?

Request a High-School Performance Evaluation. Tell us about your player and what times work, and Jason will follow up to schedule it. Request an evaluation.
